if you wanna focus on art however, you'd want to download this program that's called GIMP 2, this is a free photoshop program. Hope I helped :)

Your gonna need a flash program. One's that I heard of...... Flash, Macromedia, and Adobe Flash CS5 ( I use this program.) You'll be able to draw in these programs, they're like Paint, but better by tenfold. You'll need to improve on your drawing skills (so do I), using a mouse is a bitch to draw with, majority of artists use tablets. than you gotta learn how to tween and frame by frame (fbf) properly (there are tutorials out there). As far as movies go, I wouldn't go into fighting yet, until your comfortable with fbf and/or sprites.
